AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF MICROBEADS IN PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS SOLD IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of microbeads in personal care products sold in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To ban microbeads from personal care products sold in the state.
