AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE GRANTS IN LIEU OF PROPERTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to require one hundred per cent state funding of all statutory grants in lieu of property taxes.
