AN ACT CONCERNING TORT REFORM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

To provide for a comprehensive review of Connecticut's system of civil liability and civil court processes with the goal of implementing tort reform measures and providing comprehensive health care reform.

Statement of Purpose:

To review Connecticut's tort system in an effort to provide comprehensive health care reform.
