Special Act No. 18-20

AN ACT CONCERNING THE YOUTH VIOLENCE INITIATIVE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Judicial Department shall include the town of Waterbury in the list of towns to which the department gives a Youth Violence Initiative grant under section 1 of public act 17-2 of the June special session, as amended by section 16 of public act 17-4 of the June special session.
