AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM TO TAKE BACK UNUSED PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a collection program at pharmacies that enables a person to turn in the unused prescription medication of the person's deceased family members.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a program to take back unused prescription medications.
