AN ACT PROVIDING MUNICIPAL STORMWATER AUTHORITIES WITH CERTAIN FISCAL POWERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to vest municipal stormwater authorities with the power to levy liens, borrow funds and receive grants.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide municipal stormwater authorities with necessary fiscal powers.
