AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF POLL WORKERS FOR PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow a candidate running for office to have an opportunity that is equal to their opponents' opportunity to have monitors and other poll workers of their choice appointed.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow candidates an equal opportunity to have monitors and other poll workers of their choice appointed.
