AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ASSESSED CLEAN ENERGY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) On or before January 1, 2019, the Banking Commissioner shall submit a report, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to banking concerning the feasibility of establishing a residential property assessed clean energy program in this state.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:

To require the Banking Commissioner to submit a report concerning the feasibility of establishing a residential property assessed clean energy program in this state.
