AN ACT PROHIBITING UNFUNDED MANDATES ON MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the enactment of any new or expanded state mandate on municipalities unless the state fully funds the costs resulting from such mandate.
