AN ACT CONCERNING SERVICE BONUSES FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CONNECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 27-61a of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum payment to certain members or former members of the Connecticut National Guard called to active service on or after September 11, 2001, who are or were deployed to areas designated as combat zones by the President of the United States.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the maximum payment to certain members of the Connecticut National Guard who serve or have served in combat zones.
