AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF STUDENT DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to expand student data and personal information privacy rights.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand student privacy rights when it relates to personal information and student data.
