AN ACT REQUIRING THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS IN SHELTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the humane treatment of animals in private and public animal shelters.
