AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMPLOYERS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Labor Commissioner to develop and implement an Employers' Bill of Rights.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a regulatory mechanism to protect businesses throughout the state from fraudulent claims brought by employees.
