AN ACT CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the requirement that construction workers working on state-funded projects renew their Occupational Safety and Health Standards training every five years.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the burdens faced by career construction workers in the state.
