AN ACT ELIMINATING THE MINIMUM FAIR WAGE EXCEPTION FOR CERTAIN CITIZENS OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 31-67 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective October 1, 2014)
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||

Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the minimum fair wage exception for individuals with impaired capacity.
