AN ACT REPEALING THE STATUTE CONCERNING CIVIL IMMIGRATION DETAINERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 54-192h of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the statute providing when a law enforcement official shall not detain a person subject to a civil immigration detainer.
