AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICABILITY OF CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX CREDITS TO THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow business entities to be eligible for credits under the corporation business tax, and to apply such credits to the business entity tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To enable small businesses to apply for corporation business tax credits.
