AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRIBUTIONS BY STATE EMPLOYEES TO THE STATE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all state employees to contribute an amount equal to six per cent of their salaries annually to the state employees retirement system.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure additional funding for the state employees retirement system.
