AN ACT ESTABLISHING TAX CREDITS FOR JOB CREATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit to new manufacturing businesses or to businesses that through expansion increase their workforce by no less than twenty employees.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide tax credits to new manufacturing businesses or to businesses that through expansion increase their workforces by twenty or more employees.
