AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO STUDY THE NEED TO REGULATE INDOOR AIR QUALITY AT ICE HOCKEY RINKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to study the need to regulate indoor air quality at ice hockey rinks by examining the effects of ice smoothing or ice cleaning machinery used at such ice hockey rinks.
Statement of Purpose:
To evaluate the need to regulate indoor air quality at ice hockey rinks.
