AN ACT EXEMPTING NAIL SALONS FROM THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to exempt services provided by nail salons from the sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the sales tax on services provided by nail salons.
