AN ACT PERMITTING THE ELIMINATION OF STATE FUNDING FOR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION THAT VIOLATE FEDERAL OR STATE LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit the state to eliminate state funding for institutions of higher education that violate federal or state laws.
Statement of Purpose:
To require institutions of higher education to comply with federal and state laws.
