AN ACT WAIVING INITIAL OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING FEES FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to waive initial occupational licensing fees for low-income individuals, individuals under twenty-five years of age and veterans.

Statement of Purpose:

To waive initial occupational licensing fees for low-income individuals, individuals under twenty-five years of age and veterans.
