AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STORM WATER PILOT PROGRAM IN NEW LONDON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a storm water authority pilot program in New London.
Statement of Purpose:
