AN ACT CONCERNING BUDGETARY BILLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that the state budget bill for funding the expenses of operations of the state budget and any associated bills to implement the provisions of the state budget be made available for legislators to review not less than forty-eight hours prior to such bills being called for a vote.

Statement of Purpose:

To give legislators time to review certain budgetary legislation prior to voting on it.
