AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR ELECTRICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 20-334d of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, with the advice and assistance of the Electrical Work Board, to amend the regulations adopted pursuant to said subsection to require a minimum of four hours per year of accredited continuing professional education for electricians licensed pursuant to sections 20-330 to 20-341, inclusive, of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a minimum of four hours of continuing professional education for licensed electricians.
