Summary

To amend the Codes of Ethics to permit reappointments to the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board and remove certain requirements for appointments, to require certain board hearings to be held in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act, to modify the restriction on political contributions made by board members and Office of State Ethics employees, to permit volunteer and unpaid state service of former board members and to make other revisions concerning the board's authority and voting requirements in ethics enforcement proceedings.
