Summary

To (1) require the Commissioner of Public Health to increase the rates for the conveyance and treatment of patients by licensed ambulance services and invalid coaches, and the rates for certified ambulance services and paramedic intercept services established pursuant to subparagraph (A) of subdivision (9) of section 19a-177 of the general statutes by at least ten per cent for the remainder of the calendar year; and (2) require the commissioner to report on or before January 1, 2024, regarding the amount of such rates.
