Summary

To (1) provide funding for advanced manufacturing training programs administered by the regional workforce development boards; (2) make space available on the campus of Three Rivers Community College for plastics manufacturing training; and (3) require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to conduct a comprehensive review of the capital needs of the submarine industry every three years.
