Summary

To (1) require the Commission on Fire Prevention and Control to seek qualification for the Connecticut Fire Academy and the regional fire schools as an eligible educational institution for the purposes of becoming eligible to receive funds from the Connecticut Higher Education Trust, and (2) require the Labor Commissioner to provide information on registering apprenticeship programs to become eligible to receive funds from the Connecticut Higher Education Trust.
