Summary

To alter the graduated driver's license system to allow a person who is sixteen or seventeen years of age, after being issued a motor vehicle operator's license, to transport both such person's parents and siblings in the vehicle at the same time and to allow a person to transport such person's siblings without a parent present in the vehicle to and from school and extracurricular activities between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
