Summary
To require the Department of Consumer Protection to update the department's regulations relating to playground equipment so that they are equivalent to the standards established by the Public Playground Safety Handbook produced by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission and to include a timetable under which all playgrounds in the state shall meet the guidelines of the regulations.
