Summary

To (1) authorize the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to establish an Internet exchange to facilitate the selling of tax credits by companies, and (2) to require the Commissioner of Revenue Services to study the fiscal impact of expanding business tax credits to the affected business entity tax established pursuant to section 12-699 of the general statutes.
