Summary

To require the Commission on the Standardization of the Collection of Evidence in Sexual Assault Investigations to study whether to amend the sexual assault evidence collection protocol to permit the collection of forensic evidence from a victim of a sexual assault who is unable to provide consent because such victim is intoxicated or otherwise incapacitated in order to ensure that evidence is collected in a timely manner and not lost.
