Summary

To require an insurer that delivers, issues for delivery or renews a homeowners insurance policy for a residential dwelling in this state and requires, as a precondition to delivering, issuing or renewing such policy, that the residential dwelling be evaluated disclose such requirement to the insured or prospective insured before such insurer delivers, issues or renews such policy.
