SB 627, as introduced, Lara. English learners: English language

Existing law defines "long-term English learner" and "English

to school districts and schools the number of pupils in each school
district and school, as specified, who are, or are at risk of
becoming, long-term English learners.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change in this latter
provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
