An act relating to governmental organization.

SB 455, as introduced, McGuire. Governmental organization.
Existing constitutional and statutory law prescribes the organization of the government in California. The existing Government Code prescribes certain definitions for purposes of its interpretation, including definitions for “state,” “county,” and “city.”
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to governmental organization.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to governmental organization.
