An act relating to pupil instruction.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 369, as introduced, Nguyen. Pupil instruction.

Existing law requires the adopted course of study for grades 1 to 12, inclusive, to include instruction in various areas of study, including, but not limited to, English, mathematics, and social sciences.

This bill would declare the Legislature’s intent to enact subsequent legislation relating to pupil instruction.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to pupil instruction.
