SB 301, as introduced, Skinner. Marketplaces.
Existing law requires a marketplace, as defined, to ensure that its terms and conditions regarding commercial relationships with marketplace sellers meet certain criteria, including that they are drafted in plain and intelligible language.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would provide consumers greater transparency with respect to identity and contact information for marketplace sellers.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
