An act to amend Section 921 of the Military and Veterans Code, relating to veterans’ welfare.

Existing law allows the board of supervisors of a county to grant financial assistance, relief, and support to indigent veterans, as provided.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 921 of the Military and Veterans Code is amended to read:

921.
 The board of supervisors of any a county may grant financial assistance, relief, and support to indigent veterans. Such The assistance, relief, and support shall be administered through and by any military, naval, or marine organization created for the purpose of aiding, relieving and supporting such these veterans under the terms and conditions set forth in this article.
