An act relating to crimes.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3101, as introduced, Ta. Crimes: crimes against property.
Existing law prohibits entry into any vehicle, when the doors are locked, with the intent to commit theft or any felony therein. Existing law also prohibits maliciously damaging, defacing, or destroying the real or personal property of another person.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the burglary of a vehicle and vandalism.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the burglary of a vehicle and vandalism.
