LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2816, as introduced, Irwin.
Veterans’ homes.
Existing law establishes veterans’ homes in the State of California, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Existing law requires the department to submit to the Legislature and post on its internet website a financial report that provides specified information regarding the established veterans’ homes, including the amount of state funds budgeted to, and the amount of revenue collected from, each home.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
