   An act relating to fairs.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 2345, as introduced, Ma. Fairs: sustainability.
   Existing law governs fairs and expositions in this state,
including the California Exposition and State Fair, county and
district fairs, and citrus fruit fairs.
   This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation to ensure the sustainability of the network of California
fairs.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation to ensure the sustainability of the network of California
fairs.
