An act to amend Section 10 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to health.

AB 1728, as introduced, Vince Fong. Health and safety.
Existing law sets forth in the Health and Safety Code various provisions relating to health and safety subjects. Existing law defines certain terms for purposes of the code, including “subdivision,” defined to mean a subdivision of the section in which that term occurs unless some other section is expressly mentioned.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that definition.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 10 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:

10.
 “Section” means a section of this code unless some other statute is specifically mentioned. Subdivision “Subdivision” means a subdivision of the section in which that term occurs unless some other section is expressly mentioned.
