An act to amend Section 88820 of the Education Code, relating to community colleges.

AB 1153, as introduced, Boerner Horvath. Strong Workforce Program.
Existing law establishes the Strong Workforce Program, which, among other things, provides funding to career technical education regional consortia made up of community college districts, as specified.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the provision naming the act.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 88820 of the Education Code is amended to read:

88820.
 This part shall be known, and may be cited, as known as, and may be cited as, the Strong Workforce Program.
