BILL NUMBER: AB 1011 INTRODUCED BILL TEXT INTRODUCED BY Assembly Member O'Donnell FEBRUARY 26, 2015 An act relating to state property. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 1011, as introduced, O'Donnell. State property: sale. Existing law authorizes the Department of General Services to enter into a sale or long-term lease of certain property owned by the state. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to authorize the sale of state property to a city or county. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to authorize the sale of state property to a city or county.
