AN ACT
amending title 11, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 11‑269.19; relating to counties.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 11, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 11-269.19, to read:
11-269.19. Road signage
A county may place a sign on a road that the county does not maintain. The sign may say "enter or proceed with caution. use at your own risk. this surface is not maintained by the county".
