An Act

 

appropriating monies to the secretary of state.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; secretary of state; business services

The sum of $360,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the secretary of state for:

1. Salary increases for business services staff members.

2. A business process study.
