An Act
requiring the department of health services to reduce fees for sober living homes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Department of health services; fee reduction; rules; delayed repeal
A. Beginning January 1, 2024, the department of health services shall decrease the initial licensing and license renewal fees and the per resident charge for sober living homes by fifty percent. The department shall adopt rules to adjust these fees and charges to reflect this reduction.
B. This section is repealed from and after December 31, 2024.
