AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; department of economic security; child care grant pilot program
The sum of $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2021-2022 and the sum of $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2022-2023 are appropriated from the child care development fund block grant to the department of economic security to administer a child care grant pilot program to provide child care assistance to students pursuing degrees in nursing and education at eligible postsecondary institutions.
